As yet another community mourns the loss of a young black man killed by a police officer, we are left once again with more questions than answers.  Corey Jones was a church-going, gentle soul, known for his calm demeanor, and wicked skills on the drums.  He was stopped on the side of the road due to car trouble.  In the early hours of the night he was approached by a plain-clothes police officer in an unmarked white van.  Shortly thereafter Corey was dead, shot three times by the officer.  The community knows little of the details of what happened.  But one thing is clear, getting justice for Corey’s family, and ensuring that this never ...
